3 Day Midrange Meru National Park Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Meru National Park

You’ll be picked up from your Nairobi hotel after breakfast, or at the airport, depending on your preference. After a briefing from your driver-guide or representative, you’ll begin your adventure. The drive through the Mount Kenya region offers breathtaking scenery, from the majestic peak of Mount Kenya (on a clear day) to rolling hills, mountains, valleys, and various plantations. You’ll arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch, check in, and get ready for a sunset game drive. Before darkness falls, you’ll return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Meru National Park

Following an early morning game drive, you’ll depart the camp with a packed lunch to explore this amazing park for a full day. You’ll have the chance to see Grevy’s zebras, elephants, Bohor reedbucks, hartebeests, pythons, puff adders, cobras, buffalos, and over 427 recorded bird species. The park also has a rhino sanctuary, so spotting rhinos is a possibility.

You’ll return to the camp in the evening for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Meru to Nairobi

After an early morning breakfast, you’ll exit the park and begin your drive back to Nairobi. Lunch will be served en route, and you’ll arrive in the late afternoon/early evening. You’ll be dropped off at your chosen Nairobi hotel or the airport for your overnight stay.
